EGGHOPE

Nondream night-thought digital collage-painting, 1995, by Chris Wayan.

I painted it but I don't understand it. Night thoughts. "The Egg" seems to be the Earth, orbiting on by me, seen strobe-fashion, like the different phases of the moon. But the creatures peering from the phases of the Egg are all bits of dreams. Was I giving up on dreams, were they saying don't give up on us, we're going to hatch soon? I'm still not sure.
